This includes the Application for Admission, Application Fee, and Student Questionnaire. An application fee of $50 should be submitted with the completed application.
Schedule a Visit to Campus
An on-campus parent interview with a member of the Admission Office is required as part of the application process. Prospective parents will have the opportunity to go on a tour of campus as part of the campus visit. Interviews should be completed by the January 15th application deadline. Students applying for Grades 4 through 8 are required to spend a day in the grade to which they are applying. These student visits are scheduled with the Admission Office during the winter months. Our goal is to make this fun and enjoyable for the student while providing a view into school life.
Register for Admission Screening or Testing
Applicants to Grade 4
Applicants to Grade 4 are required to take the ISEE Primary 4. Nashoba Brooks is an ISEE Primary 4 test site. Registration for this level is done directly through the Admission Office and can be arranged by calling Kathy O’Neil at 978-369-4591 x. 129.
Applicants to Grades 5 through 8
Applicants for Grades 5 through 8 are required to take the ISEE. Nashoba Brooks is an ISEE testing site.
Nashoba Brooks School’s ISEE school code is 222613.
Registration and information for the ISEE can be found online at ERB or by calling (800) 446-0320. Please note that the Admission Office cannot register applicants to Grades 5 through 8 for ISEE testing.
Any questions regarding testing requirements should be directed to the Admission Office.
Submit Teacher Recommendations
Applicants to Grade 4 and Grade 5
Give the Permission for Release of Teacher Evaluation and Student Records, along with the appropriate AISNE Teacher Recommendation form to your child’s current teacher for submission directly to the Admission Office. For students applying to Preschool I, this form is applicable only if the child is currently in a school or day care setting.
Applicants to Grades 6 through 8
Give the Permission for Release of Teacher Evaluation and Student Records, along with the appropriate AISNE Teacher Recommendation forms to your child’s English and Math teachers for them to submit directly to the Admission Office.
