Parents’ Association

Our Parents’ Association (P.A.), of which all current NBS parents and guardians are members, organizes many of the programs for children and families at Nashoba Brooks.   The goal of the Parents’ Association is to organize events and activities to enrich our children’s education, perpetuate community spirit, and help to financially support these goals.   All of our programs require volunteers to enable their success. During a parent’s tenure at NBS, there will be many opportunities to become involved in the P.A. each year.  Regardless of the amount of time one is able to commit, any effort is highly valued and appreciated by the P.A. and by our school.

Information about the Parents’ Assocation sponsored activities and events is communicated through the P.A. meetings held during the school year, through email communication delivered by Room Parents, and in the Nashoba Brooks’ Weekly Update (delivered electronically to parents every Friday).  Information is also available in the P.A. office.  The Parents’ Association office is located adjacent to the Development and Alumni Relations Offices and above the Moriarty Gymnasium.

There are many opportunities to become involved with the P.A. and support the Nashoba Brooks Community.  Parents are a driving force behind book drives, the Country Fair, and Arts Council activities–among many other things.   Whether you’re interested in chairing a committee, or lending a few minutes of your time during a school day, your contributions are welcomed and appreciated.  Please stop by the Parents’ Association Office to meet fellow Nashoba Brooks parents and learn about volunteer opportunities that work for you; you can read detailed information about leadership positions here.  The easiest way to get involved is to fill out the Parent Questionnaire form online.
