More Useful Information

Early Birds
Students can arrive at School as early as 7:30 a.m. and spend time in the Wallace Dining Commons and Moriarty Gym with friends and staff. This is a drop-in service and there is no charge for Early Birds.

Extended Day & Supervised Study
Students in Preschool to Grade 3 are able to stay in Extended Day as late as 5:45 p.m. Registration required.

Students in Grades 4 to 8 are able to stay at School as late as 5:45 p.m. in Supervised Study. This is a drop-in service.

There are fees associated with participation in Extended Day, Supervised Study, and After-school Programs. Learn more about before and after-school programs and costs here.

Parent Portal
Parents are able to sign into a secure part of our website to see their child's Teacher Letters and other important information, and to access the family directory, School calendar, and more. New Parents will receive sign-in information over the summer.

Preschool: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 8:25 a.m. to Noon

Kindergarten and Grades 1 to 3: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday: 8:25 a.m. to 3:15 p.m.; Tuesday: 8:25 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.

Grades 4 to 8: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday: 8:25 a.m. to 3:35 p.m.; Tuesday: 8:25 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Sharings of Understanding (SoU)
When classes complete units of study, they will regularly present  SoUs  for parents, siblings, and others to share what they have learned.

Teacher Letters
Each Friday, teachers write letters with information about the current week and the week ahead. These letters, along with photos from the week, are accessible via the Parent Portal. The link to the Portal appears in the Weekly Updates. Please be sure to read your child's Teacher Letter each week.

Tuesday Dismissal
Whenever students should follow the Tuesday Dismissal schedule, PS will dismiss at Noon, Kindergarten to Grade 3 will dismiss at 12:15 p.m., and Grades 4 to 8 will dismiss at 12:30 p.m.

Weekly Updates
During the School year, parents receive Weekly Updates each Friday. The Updates contain important announcements, news, upcoming events, the lunch menu for the coming week, and more. Please be sure to read this important message each week.

Nashoba Brooks School is a coed Lower School from Preschool to Grade 3 and an all-girls Middle School from Grades 4 to 8 located in Concord, Massachussetts.
