Young Alumni Return to Campus for Reunion

On November 20, young alumni from the classes of ‘15, ‘16, ‘17, and ‘18 were warmly welcomed back to campus to reconnect with each other and their former teachers.
The evening started out with lots of hugs and included mixing and mingling over a pasta bar and cannolis prepared by School chef Sean-Michael Tantinawarat, tours of the School, and a photo booth.

Head of School Danielle Heard greeted everyone and reflected upon the deep relationships that develop at Nashoba Brooks School and the importance of staying connected in later years. Middle School social studies teacher Lauren Funk spoke to her former students about taking action on what is important to them and the values of inclusivity and resilience that she hopes will always remain with them. Director of Alumni and Parent Engagement Amy Sagalyn spoke to the group about confidence, something that she hears many former students talk about as one of the important takeaways from their experience at Nashoba Brooks.

The evening was the perfect start to the Thanksgiving break.
