Eighth Graders Win CSPAN StudentCam Recognition

Congratulations to all of our eighth graders who participated in this year's CSPAN StudentCam competition!
This year's theme was, Your Message To Washington: What is the most urgent issue for the new president and Congress to address in 2017? The quality of our students' presentations was extremely high and we are proud of the fine work that they put into their documentaries.

On Wednesday, March 8, we were informed that six of our teams were recognized with awards. Only 150 teams achieved recognition this year out of 2,903 films from over 5,600 students. CSPAN received entries from 46 states, Washington DC, England, Germany, Singapore, and Taiwan.
