Regina Nixon Admitted To Penn Doctoral Program

Regina Nixon, Director of Admission at Nashoba Brooks School, has been admitted to the Mid-Career Doctorate in Educational Leadership degree program at the University of Pennsylvania.
She will be one of 25 students enrolled in a three-year program for working professionals, and will begin her studies this summer.

Ms. Nixon said that she has wanted to pursue her doctoral degree for some time and heard about this program from one of its graduates, Kai Bynum, Head of School at Hopkins School in New Haven. She said that the quality of this nationally recognized program and the strength of its alumni network, combined with the fact that she is able to earn her doctorate on a part-time basis, made this a compelling choice for her.
