School Life

Our Core Values

Guided by our core values — integrity, collaboration, inclusivity, empathy, and resilience — and shaped by the work of our outstanding teachers and administrative leaders, the life of our School is rich in many ways.

What We Value

Our core values are essential elements of our School. They are at the heart of the Nashoba Brooks experience. They are posted in every classroom, discussed regularly in classes, and celebrated in our all-school assemblies. When students in Grade 8 run for class leadership positions, they use the cores values to frame their goals and outcomes.

These core values help us to define our work and our relationships. They help our students build a perspective on their lives at School and their place in the world beyond our walls.
